Youth Program Facilitation
Position Description
We are currently recruiting an energetic, enthusiastic and active individual for a Program Volunteer position who will report to the Program Coordinator. You will support with the delivery and debrief of youth leadership development programs and professional development programs for educators. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with young people, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for all participants. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help shape impactful programs that foster personal growth, skill development, and community engagement for youth.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with youth, staff, parents, guardians and other stakeholders.
- Open to offer high energy as well as being mindful of details and opportunities to connect
- A commitment to diversity, inclusion, and the social-emotional development of youth.
- Ability to effectively handle tasks, and prioritize them.
- Open to receiving and delivering constructive feedback
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in education, social work, youth development, or related fields preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain one).
- Must be able to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Availability to work occasional evenings and/or weekends.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Program Support: Assist in the implementation of daily activities, workshops, and events ensuring smooth operations and an enjoyable experience for participants.
Participant Engagement: Help facilitate group discussions, activities, and mentoring opportunities to encourage active participation and personal development.
- Administrative Duties: Assist in the preparation of program materials, sign-in sheets, attendance tracking, and other logistical support for events and activities.
- Safety and Well-being: Act as a mentor and positive role model for youth participants, ensuring that they are safe, supported, and engaged in a nurturing environment. Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures, as needed.
- Communication: Maintain effective and professional communication with program participants, staff, parents, guardians, and other stakeholders.
- Event Coordination: Support with special events, community outreach, and other program-related initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, volunteers, and external partners to ensure the program runs effectively and efficiently.
- Resource Management: Assist in maintaining program materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring they are properly stored.
Events
Position Description
As a Volunteer Event Coordinator, you will help planning and executing events that connect supporters, highlight our mission, and raise critical resources to support our programs. You will be part of creating events that directly impact the lives of young people, further developing your event planning skills in a supportive, mission-driven environment alongside a network of like-minded changemakers.
Qualifications
- Passion for youth empowerment and community engagement
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and above average follow up and self-accountability
- 1-3 years of experience in Event Planning and/or Project Management (volunteer or professional experience welcome)

Position Description
Are you passionate about organization and efficiency? Do you want to use your skills to make a difference in the lives of youth? Join us as an Administrative Assistant to support the office and operations of One Voice One Team to ensure the smooth delivery of our programs.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Working with the Admin & Operations team, you will support with correspondence, inventory management, and ensuring the office is an organized and efficient work environment. Overall, you will ensure that the programming team has what they need to succeed.

Marketing/Media
